UHN hosted their Virtual Holiday Forum Tuesday, December 14th and I was asked to record a special holiday message for all UHN staff.
It was a great forum hosted by Kevin Smith – President & CEO University Health Network, and there was a fantastic surprise waiting for us. Our Patient Partner Team was awarded the prestigious President’s Choice Award for our work on the Outpatient Care Strategy! Our group is truly helping to improve the outpatient care experience by dedicating our time and energy to ensure the patient voice is well and always represented.
